DOW Skillbridge® Fellowship
Newrez’s DOW SkillBridge® Fellowship offers transitioning servicemembers hands-on experience with a leading mortgage company. Work alongside industry Veterans, apply your Military skills in a corporate environment and help families achieve the American dream of homeownership.
Upon successful completion, Fellows are positioned for a career with a nationally-recognized Military Friendly® company.
The Academy
At The Academy, we develop Mortgage Professionals by integrating knowledge with confidence. You’ll receive personalized guidance from experienced instructors who are committed to your success from day one through graduation. We go beyond traditional textbook learning by immersing you in real-world mortgage systems and practical sales training that directly impacts the mortgage process for our borrowers.
TRAIL
TRAIL (Tools Required for Advancement into Leadership) is a one-year, on-the-job, rotational leadership development program that will help put you on track to a dynamic and rewarding career at one of the top mortgage lenders2 in the U.S.
Fast Track Internship Program
Our Fast Track program is a 10-week summer internship program that provides rising seniors professional development through hands-on experience, training workshops, networking opportunities and volunteer events.
