Denise Arguello

Denise Arguello serves as the Chief People Officer at Newrez. Ms. Arguello partners with the Executive Team and HR Department Heads to deliver a comprehensive people strategy, including recruiting, training, and career enhancement development. Ms. Arguello has held leadership roles in human resources and strategic people operations through her over 18 years of experience in the financial services and telecom industries. Ms. Arguello served as Head of HR for Capital One’s Auto Finance Division, as well as leading HR M&A work for Guardian Insurance.

Ms. Arguello earned a B.A. in Organizational Leadership studies and Business Administration from St. Gregory University.
